The Board of Directors of MESCO has established Mahasainik Industrial Estate (MSIE).

An industrial plot (10000 sq.mtr/2.5 acres) at Pimpri Industrial Area, has been allotted by MIDC Mumbai. The plot is located 3 km away from Nasik phata, at Bhosari Pune.

The estate has flatted factory complex, accommodating basement, with 40 shops each on Ground, First and Second floor.The 120 Micro Industries will have floor areas varying from 550 Sq Ft to 1000 Sq ft.
