Training & Incubation Center

          A Conference Hall and Exhibition Center will be located with necessary facilities, which will be used also for the activities of Training Center and Incubation Centre for entrepreneurship development. There is a need to develop product specific technical skills among the Ex-servicemen. The products/components will be produced as per market requirements. These products/ components will have to be manufactured as per the quality specifications for which the specific expertise will have to be acquired by the technicians. Hence the need for developing Training Center and Incubation Center for retraining the Ex-Servicemen for the subject skill development. Also these Centers will facilitate to develop creative powers of industry and business among the Ex-servicemen –entrepreneurs.

          In the industrial complex MESCO has reserved some industrial shops where latest machines will be installed for the purpose of on Job Training, extending state of art facilities to the entrepreneurs on required basis.
