Maharashtra Ex-servicemen Corporation Ltd. (MESCO) is eligible for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) spendings towards development of Mahasainik Industrial Estate (MSIE) by way of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) rules as enunciated in Companies Act 2013, Clause 135, Schedule VII, item (vi) “measures for the benefit of armed forces veterans, war windows and their dependents”.
